I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years and continue to help my clients with bone building, resistance training, flexibility, balance, and core strengthening.
Expanding and nurturing my spirit and soul's purpose is also an important part of my wellness journey. About 3 years ago, I was led to a practice that combines all three. It is called Tai Chi Gung, which can mean, give power to peace.

Since 2016, I have exercised twice weekly under her guidance and encouragement. Those nine years of her wis and varied warm-up, cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises are responsible for my being healthier and wiser about my body and its care (including weight loss). To each session, Carrie brings an expertly crafted movement plan and a nougat of inspiring wisdom. I am certain that in body, mind, spirit and activity I am nine years younger now than before Carrie - a great result for someone who is eighty-one!
