UNSHAKABLE

UNSHAKABLE

Unshakable doesn’t mean there is no shaking in the quaking, in the blowing, in the raining, in the sleeting, in the fighting, in the warring, in the worrying, in the grieving, in the hunger or in the thirsting. It just means I won’t crumble to bits.

I can be put back together. I can be restored.

More than likely, if I let it, as I surrender, as I let go, as I trust, as I believe, as I declare - out loud - I will be stronger, more resilient, more loving, more patient, more humble, more gracious, more genuine and ever so much more thankful.

And no… I will not apologize for the sentences that are way too long because I have lived it all and it really was like that. It will always be like that.

Thank you Abba,
for everything.
